Project Engineer

Crew is seeking an experienced Engineer with professional experience in the water and wastewater engineering fields.  A license in Professional Engineering in NJ is mandatory.  Experience with water and/or wastewater treatment, pump station design, and regulatory permitting are required.  Familiarity with AutoCAD is desired but not required.  The candidate must possess strong technical writing skills, and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of design plans and specifications while working independently with minimal guidance.

Project Engineer

Crew is seeking an experienced Engineer with professional experience in civil/site design.  A license in Professional Engineering in NJ is mandatory.  Experience in stormwater management, roadway design, site layout and grading, regulatory permitting, and zoning regulations/process are required.  Familiarity with AutoCAD is desired but not required.  The candidate must possess strong technical writing skills, and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.  The successful candidate will prepare site and roadway designs and be responsible to work with and train junior engineers.

Staff Engineer

Crew is seeking candidates for an entry level engineering position.  Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.  An EIT certificate or ability to obtain within six months is required.  The candidate must be familiar with AutoCAD software (Infrastructure Suite or Civil 3D a plus).  The successful candidate will assist in the design of a wide array of infrastructure engineering projects, while receiving close supervision and engineering guidance on assignments. Responsibilities will include drafting, assisting in project design, assisting in preparation of project specifications, preparation of regulatory permits, performing on-site field work and construction observation, and cost-estimating.

Construction Observer

Crew is seeking construction observers with experience in the construction of water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or civil/site work.  The candidate must possess a good working knowledge of construction procedures, possess the ability to read technical plans and specifications, and be adept at using technology to produce electronic reports.  Successful candidates will be expected to provide and utilize their own personal field equipment, including tablets/computers/laptops and cameras/smart phones, to fulfill their daily duties.  Reliable transportation to and on the job site is required. Successful candidates will be responsible to observe construction work to ensure conformity with contract documents, record material quantities, take detailed measurements and create record sketches, document daily construction activities, and interact with residents.  Construction observers will report to a construction administrator assigned by the Company.  Night and weekend work may be required from time to time.
